How long is the delivery?
For a shipping address in France, we deliver in 1 week. For the rest of the world, the delivering time depends on the final destination. It varies between 1 week and 15 days.

How do I return a Meyou product if not completely satisfied?
For products delivered in France, we allow shipping time for up to 14 days, starting from the day you received your product to return it.
The parcel must be returned with the unused product and its original packaging to this address:

Your card will be credited for the product in question once our warehouse team has received and inspected your return.

Are the cushions included in the cube and the ball?
Yes, they are!

Can I change the color of the pillow or the frame?
We do not offer this option.

Is my cat too big for your products?
Meyou products are able to welcome cats that weight up to 10 kilograms.

How can I clean the cocoon?
In order to clean a cocoon, you can use a vacuum cleaner or a slightly dampened cloth. The cocoon is not recommended for washing machines.

How can I change the shape of my cocoon?
Moisten the cocoon with sprayed water and wait 5 minutes. Once the cocoon becomes more flexible, you can remove it from the Cube’s frame. Then, repeat the steps with a new cocoon: Moisten it with sprayed water, wait 5 minutes, shape it a little bit to make sure it fits in the frame and then mold it back to its initial shape.
