DELIVERY AND RETURNS

What are the delivery times and costs for metropolitan France?

Delivery to your home in metropolitan France is made within 2 to 5 working days.

Offer from 120€ of purchase, for any lower order, the price varies according to the weight/volume of your order. 

I don't live in metropolitan France. Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver throughout the European Union.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at contact@meyou-paris.com indicating the product you would like to order, and we will provide you with a quote. 

Prices and delivery times vary according to the destination and the weight/volume of the order.

PAYMENT

What are the payment methods offered by Meyou Paris?

Several possibilities are available to you to pay your order :

  • by credit card: CB, Visa, Master Card, Amex
  • by Paypal.

The order shipments are made between 1 and 3 working days from receipt of payment whatever the means of payment.

Are the cushions included in the Cube, Ball and Square?

Yes absolutely, the cushions are included in the products and are of the color present on the presentation photos of the product. 

Can I change the color of the cushion or frame of my Meyou Paris item?

This is unfortunately not possible at the moment. If you wish to change the color of the cushion, we advise you to buy one by unit in the accessories section of our website. 

Are your products suitable for large cats (Maine Coon, Norwegian)?

The cubes structure metal, the Ball, the Bed, the Nest and the Square are adapted for cats going to 9kg

The wooden edition cubes are more suitable for light cats from up to 4kg

How do I clean my cocoon?

To clean a cocoon, you can use a vacuum cleaner or a damp cloth. The cocoon cannot be machine-washed.

My cocoon has deformed because my cat is climbing on it, what can I do?

To restore its shape, simply wipe the cocoon with a damp cloth in the place where it is deformed to reshape it and wait a few hours for it to dry.

The cat, perspires through the pads, which explains the deformation of the top of the product if it goes up on it. 

How can I replace my cocoon?

It is necessary to humidify with a water spray the cocoon and to wait 5 minutes. Once it has become soft, remove it. Then do the same operation with the new cocoon, wait 5 minutes, deform it slightly to allow it to be placed in its base and put it back in its initial shape.

I want to return the Meyou Paris product because it does not suit me, is it possible?

The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging to the following address and at your expense: Meyou Paris, Rue des Dames, 62620 Ruitz.

The refund (net of preparation costs) will be made after receipt and verification of the items excluding delivery costs.

Customers within the EU have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of receipt of the package to cancel their order.
